Hope died today. She was loved by those helping her…. but her body couldn’t handle the severe abuse received by her now MURDERER Monterion Dionte Davis. The 19-year-old admitted to wrapping a chord around Hope’s neck, tying her to a tree, and leaving her to die. Her throat was severed by the time she arrived at the pound, and, although in this video there were positive thoughts for her recovery, she was just too injured to pull through.
Rest in peace, little Hope…. I’m so sorry we weren’t able to make your life better on earth.
On Friday, May 6th, 2011, an L.A. City Council member became a hero to some of us! His name is Paul Koretz. He has presented a proposal for banning pet shops for selling live animals from puppy mills, kitten mills, or large commercial breeders.
We all know there are cute puppies in pet shops…. but not everyone knows the abusive background they may be coming from. It doesn’t matter how much advocates voice their disgust on these operations, pet shops have been able to support these abusers and sell puppy mill dogs! If this information was brought to the public’s attention more often, via newspaper, television, etc., maybe the public would get a clue. But for now, pet shops make big money on “green” dogs coming from horrendous situations. A closed eye never sees the pain, I guess.
Paul Koretz’s proposal will span over the city. If the legislation passes, Los Angeles will be the second largest city that joins others with similar bans. Let’s hold our breath that others may follow suit!
Funny how she didn’t worry about Patrick’s Safety!!! Kisha pleads NOT GUILTY to charges, AND says she just tied him outside her apartment when she moved…. doesn’t know what happened to him after that. We do!

Curly: Very Cool!
Curly: I don't see that error in the "groups" anymore. Must have taken care of that.
Adopt US Team: I think so... and I have to get the foster bank up and running, too. That would help the rescues if there are people out there willing to foster.
Adopt US Team: Sorry, guys….. because of a few ”spoilers” sneaking in, I had to tighten up security around here for a while. Your posts will now appear after a review. Once you’ve written a couple that have been approved, we’ll bump you up to AUTHOR so they’ll appear right away. Because your posts flow to many other places (google, facebook, twitter), we want to make sure they’re legit and not random sales. Thanks for understanding.

I run a satellite rescue for Live and Let Live Farm Rescue/Sanctuary here in NH. I am looking for contact names and numbers of rescue/shelters that send canines out of their state to others.I am looking to continue rescuing pregnant mom dog under 30lbs and 8 to 16 week old puppies any size. Thanks
Kayla: Where about do you need foster homes?
Adopt US Team: NOTE: Our registration is closed at the moment while we organize the forums.
